I am a licensed Marriage and family therapist with extensive experience (15 years) supporting adults, couples, adolescents, and children through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. I am specalize in treating mood disorders (depression, anxiety), trauma, relationship conflicts. I am fluent in English, Farsi, Armenian and Assyrian. I work with individuals and familes from diverse cultural backgrounds. I provide services in person and virtual sessions. I provide Neurofeedback teaches the brain to self-regulate itself more effectively, improving focus, mood (reduce anxiety), sleep, and overall well-being.
