Starting therapy can feel scary and overwhelming, especially when you’ve been carrying a lot on your own. You may be feeling unsure where to begin or wondering if therapy will really help. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and cared for, exactly as you are. I work with my clients to help them feel successful in this season of life, whatever that may look like for you. My approach to therapy is gentle, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the healing process, and I take great care in building trust and emotional safety.
