If you’re navigating sexual anxiety, disconnection from your partner, low arousal, painful intimacy, or a lack of pleasure, you don’t have to do it alone. In our work together, we’ll create a space where you can finally name what’s been difficult to say — whether it’s about your identity, your body, your relationships, or parts of yourself that feel stuck or unseen. I currently offer two ongoing support groups: a Transgender Psychotherapy Group for trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive individuals, and a Painful Intercourse Group for those exploring physical discomfort, emotional pain, or disconnection around intimacy.
