My role as a therapist is to be a safe harbor for the journey of self transformation by consistently showing up with curiosity and compassion. I am trained in a variety of experiential modalities including IFS, Bioenergetics, Somatic Psychotherapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, Art Therapy, Ketamine-Assisted psychotherapy, and Natural Medicine services. These process-based approaches are designed to go beyond the rational mind to where real change can occur.
