Hey! I'm Talia Auslin and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Atlanta, Georgia. A little bit more about me; I am a School Counselor at a K-12 school and have over 9 years of experience working in the mental health field. In times when you might be feeling alone, stuck, or in a negative headspace, it’s so important to have a safe space to be able to share your thoughts and feelings - especially with a professional who is willing to help, support, and validate your current reality. If that is what you’re looking for, then I am your person. When working with you, my goal is to meet your individual needs by using a non-judgmental, person-centered, multicultural, and holistic approach. I primarily use evidence-based techniques including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Counseling, and Mindfulness.
