About
I believe healing happens in relationship. My work is grounded in a humanistic approach that centers compassion, collaboration, exploration of self, and practical tools for coping and healing. I aim to create a warm space where clients feel witnessed and affirmed wherever they're at in their journey. Here, each client’s unique identities and lived experiences are respected and honored. I work from a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens and integrate evidence-based practices to support insight, agency, and meaningful change—helping clients build more compassionate and sustainable ways of relating to themselves and others. I specialize in working with folks navigating chronic illness and chronic pain, struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse and harm reduction, life transitions, and stress management. I also hold vast experience supporting individuals experiencing eating disorders and those struggling with a complicated relationship with food.
