About
As a clinical therapist, my work empowers clients to find purpose and connection in a world that can feel designed to thwart this very quest. Whatever led you here, I believe that you are the burgeoning expert of your own life. Together, we'll help you heal from the past and move towards meaningful change by clarifying the life and relationships you want in the present. While I work with a range of clientele, I have particular interests in anxiety, identity, self-worth, relational discord, women's-related issues, grief, life transitions, and acculturation stress. What happens inside the therapy room often mirrors the outside world, serving as a powerful lens through which to examine the thoughts, feelings and relational patterns that both promote and prevent connection. Using tools from Relational Gestalt, Internal Family Systems and Somatic Therapy, I bring warmth, authenticity, and humor to this work of relating.
