In my psychotherapy practice, I take an integrative approach of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy. I also draw from relational-cultural, feminist, and narrative theories and enjoy incorporating mindfulness and creative arts when beneficial. I support individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, identity questioning, relational and sex-related issues, trauma, and self-perception. I feel grateful to work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds who identify across the gender and sexuality spectrums.
