I have 9+ years of experience working outside the US, specializing in different forms of complex trauma. I recently moved back home to the US and am pursuing my LCPC. At Myndfl, I endeavor to help each client feel comfortable in their skin while discovering their purpose in life. Together we will identify triggers and resolve residual stress from past adverse experiences. I thoughtfully and compassionately tailor person-centered solutions to each client’s unique needs. This may involve Talk therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Art therapy, Breath and Somatic work. I also offer support for overcoming substance abuse issues.
