I specialize in working with teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, academic or work pressures, and emotional challenges that can feel hard to put into words. Many of the clients I work with appear to be doing “okay” on the outside, yet internally feel anxious, emotionally overloaded, or unsure how to manage expectations coming from school, work, family, or themselves. I provide a supportive, structured, and collaborative therapy space where clients can feel safe to talk openly and develop tools to handle stress more effectively. My approach combines warmth with practical, evidence-based strategies.
