Currently Accepting New Clients / I am a licensed mental health counselor who is passionate about helping individuals develop the skills needed for personal growth and increased self-awareness. My practice provides support to those who struggle to manage daily stressors, have difficulty coping with significant life changes, want to feel more awake and present in their lives, or struggle to change how they relate to others. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space in which you can feel supported while exploring challenges, learning healthy coping skills, and gaining increased self-awareness.
