I'm a National Board Certified, Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor. I treat clients for depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem and anger issues, post traumatic-stress disorder (PTSD), sexual trauma, career and life coaching. I use an integrated theoretical approach that includes Cognitive Behavior and Existential Therapy. I use an empathic and individualized approach to help my clients. I strive to honor and respect the uniqueness of each individual; beginning therapy by identifying and understanding my client's goals and establishing a treatment plan based on those individualized goals.
