Therapy can be a great place to learn how to break old habits, work through difficult situations that life presents, receive support, and grow into a new version of yourself. I enjoy working with clients who are struggling at communicating with others, relationship difficulties, career stress, handling parenting struggles, and teenage/young adult issues. Having over 12 years of experience working in a school setting, with teenagers, parents, families, and young adults, I understand the complexity today's world brings.
