I am a clinical psychologist licensed in New York and Connecticut. I work primarily with adults and families struggling with a variety of emotional, behavioral and relational challenges. I utilize an integrated therapeutic approach to treat the specific needs of the individuals I am working with. Using both psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral techniques, I help my clients improve and repair relationships, process painful experiences, alleviate stress and anxiety, identify and challenge maladaptive thoughts and behaviors and ultimately find the inner strength to live their best lives.
