Talya Moonheart (they/them) is a somatic psychotherapist who believes deeply in our innate capacities to heal both individually and collectively. They view therapy as an opportunity to slow down and gaze inward, so we may find more connection to ourselves and others. Talya offers an eclectic approach that is somatic, relational, and psychodynamic. Being human is a complex experience. With that in mind, Talya offers space to welcome the unknown so new understandings of ourselves and our relationships may emerge.
