I work with adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting and fertility concerns, and life transitions. With individuals, I focus on emotional patterns, self-understanding, and flexibility. With couples and families, I help people recognize recurring dynamics and communicate with greater openness.
