I've worked in California and Maryland, in many settings including with young adults and hospice care. I grew up overseas and have an awareness of culture, and cultural effects related to mental health. I have helped clients with ADHD, Anxiety, grief, and adjustment to life changes. I work well with clients of all parts of the social economic spectrum, from individuals struggling to connect with resources, to high functioning, highly educated individuals.
