It has been an innate desire of mine to work with individuals and groups to help people live in wellness and happiness since I can remember. Whether you're experiencing chronic or situational issues, I will walk with you on your journey in authenticity, care, and empathy. Working with existing strengths that clients possess in order to build new strengths and reach desired goals is inherent to my work. I also recognize what a privilege it is to work with others, and I'm grateful to learn from clients along the way.
