I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience treating families and children ages 0-5. With training and experience in varied brief strategic as well as psychodynamic approaches and interventions, I utilize mindfulness along with the practical application of other tools to help individuals become more effective in the ways they wish along their journey. I work collaboratively with individuals and couples identifying and deepening our understanding of their issues. These often include challenges around parenting and co-parenting. Our co-constructed goals always include warmth and deepening self-discovery as well as the sense of feeling more capable.
