Therapy offers the opportunity to learn about oneself. I provide a safe environment for this exploration. In our work together we will form a collaborative partnership where I will be an active participant and give honest, direct feedback. My goal is to help you access your own inner wisdom. In my practice, I work with clients on issues of anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma, as well as relationship issues, identity issues and frustration in career path. I utilize my experience as a therapist in top addiction and eating disorder treatment centers.
