I enjoy working with people who are seeking support during life’s transitions - emerging/young adults, relationship changes, aging, and menopause, as well as individuals seeking deeper self-understanding and sustainable emotional resilience. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) — a gentle, non-pathologizing approach that helps you better understand the different parts of your internal experience. I also draw from mindfulness and psychodynamic practices to tailor treatment to your needs and context. With over 15 years of experience, including working with college students in both academic advising and therapeutic roles, I help clients make sense of their inner worlds, find clarity about their lives, and build more compassionate relationships with themselves.
