I enjoy working with people to help them achieve their potential. I am a client centered therapist and believe that the therapeutic relationship is vital to my client achieve their treatment goals. My approach is client center meeting. I work with adolescents up to older adults. I am a licensed clinician Social Worker . I have 20 years of experiencing working with people with mental health challenges and addictions. My focus tends to be on trauma, anxiety, depression , addiction, chronic pain, and attachments. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and Solution Focused treatment.
