I have counseled for over 30 years in the private practice setting. I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients ranging from adolescents to those in their golden years. I have extensive experience providing individual therapy with highly motivated clients who struggle with mood disorders, high levels of stress and daily management issues. As a certified grief specialist, I treat individuals who are experiencing varying levels of grief from life-shattering events to losses of daily routines and relationships. I see clients who reside in Colorado and Oklahoma to include those with Blue Cross of Oklahoma and Tricare.
