I'm enthusiastic about working with individuals who are eager to explore themselves and their issues, seeking self-discovery. I combine Internal Family Systems parts work with EMDR to help foster introspection and personal growth, including understanding of yourself, others and the world around you. I don't impose change; rather, I encourage clients to approach themselves with curiosity, fostering self-driven transformation. I believe personal agency and accountability should be balanced with a healthy acknowledgement of the distinct challenges we face in our modern culture, and how these uniquely impact each individual.
