Support for mid-life. My practice offers support to people of all ages, but particularly those of us in mid life. Parenting, working, carpooling, caring for children and our elders and being strong advocates for our communities. Addressing social issues and environmental issues and tending where we can. We face stress, anxiety, depression, difficult decisions, having to have difficult conversations, saying the right things and figuring out what not to say. Amidst it all we have our own hopes and dreams. It's a complicated life.
