We all need support. As life becomes stressful, full of changes, gains and loss, we always have moments when that support cannot be completely found in our closest network and in those times we require additional sources of support. That is where I come into place. I am here. I can help you and guide you through this process. My focus is on assisting adults of all ages, that are in a process of adjustment, anxiety or depression, to get to know themselves better, guide them to discover what they need and also provide them with tools to confront the challenges of their journey. You do not have to be alone.
