I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am an Air Force veteran who struggled for a long time with trauma, depression, and anxiety that led to further issues with my identity, purpose, and overall satisfaction in life. I found myself working hard for the next thing on my list, but once I achieved it, my immediate thought was, "Is this it? What's next?" Through my own journey, I learned how to overcome my experiences that shaped my perfectionist mindset and need to keep achieving, and I was able to appreciate and enjoy the here and now.
