Whether it’s managing anxiety, dealing with life transitions, or exploring identity, I’m here to offer tools, support, and a safe space to explore all of the vulnerable things! My goal is to help you feel more connected to your most authentic self and build a life worth living! I am also a board approved supervisor and am available for ongoing clinical supervision for folks pursuing clinical social work licensure through the BOSW!
