I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Washington Adventist University. I have extensive experience supporting individuals, families, and couples navigating mental health challenges, substance use concerns, and co-occurring disorders. I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach to therapy, helping clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to create meaningful and lasting change. I use evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (
