This could be anything to include a new medical diagnosis, chronic health condition, smoking cessation, weight loss surgery, and/or LGBTQ issues. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, isolation, or fear of the unknown, I teach people how to assert and advocate for themselves. As you confront the issues that are holding you back I will support you and teach you important skills to enable you to take back your life. I believe in providing the tools you will need to become your own advocate.
