I am currently at capacity and not able to take new clients at this time. Thanks! A client once reflected, "You help us have hard conversations." I help individuals, couples, and families talk about the stuff no one wants to talk about. Grief, loss, death, dying, moving to memory care, etc - these aren't dinner table conversations folks want to have. But we need to have them. That's where I come in. I am here to support folks going through hard things. Life transitions, grief and loss (death and non-death related), facing chronic or terminal illness, or general mental health concerns such as anxiety or depression. I have over 15 years of experience working in the areas of aging, chronic and terminal illness, death and dying, and grief. I am passionate about these areas at least in part because, for the most part, no one wants to talk about them.
