Change is challenging, whether one seeks it or it just happens. I help adult and adolescent clients deal with roadblocks to their desired changes, including difficulties with depression, anxiety, fears, addictions, obsessions and compulsions. I also help them cope with--and adjust to--unwanted change, including deaths of friends or family members, and job, relationship or pet losses. I work collaboratively with clients throughout their transitions, using the approaches and tools that are most useful to each individual.
