I work with clients that are struggling with identifying feelings, thoughts and need to build confidence, boundaries, goals, learning assertiveness and self-esteem. I assist and educate clients that are working towards decreasing stress (work, family finances, relationships), anxiety, PTSD and depression. I help client's to improve functioning in their lives that has been influenced by past traumas, discriminations, sexual and gender expectations, individual and relationship communication, as well as enhancing spirituality , morals and values and intimacy issues. I use an integrative approach that consists of working with individuals from all stages of life to identify and overcome problematic thoughts, feelings and behaviors, utilizing individualized, mixed, diverse therapeutic approaches that adapt to each individual's unique needs.
