I am a Black therapist dedicated to creating a healing space rooted in safety, authenticity, and respect. I offer a nonjudgmental environment where you can show up as your full self and feel supported in your healing journey. My work focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and identity exploration. Together, we explore emotions, patterns, and experiences while developing practical solutions that support growth, clarity, and emotional well-being. Clients will get a peace of mind, a safe place, with no judgement. They will get an introduction of me and if they will be comfortable with me.
