Welcome, my name is Tameka Coleman, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I support individuals with difficulties including anxiety, depression, anger, mood swings trauma and unhealthy relationship patterns. I have experience working with adolescence, individual, couples and families. I have experience in evidence-based treatment modalities that include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Attachment therapy (AT)and emotionally focused therapy (EFT). I am dedicated to helping clients make positive change and will meet you where you are while assisting you in obtaining your goals in therapy.
