Therapy is a process of learning to undo sabotaging patterns, develop self-esteem, fill in “holes” by anchoring within while un-identifying with self-limiting scripts that hold you back. In an atmosphere of safety, you are invited to be fully present with yourself and become courageously honest. I hold your personal growth as a sacred and intimate process. I want you to know that you are heard, understood and cared for. I provide individual and small group counseling. I also provide wellness workshops and trainings for corporate companies.
