Hi. I am so glad you have the courage to look for help. I work with Adults as well as children. I was a school counselor for 17 years working with children ages 2-18. .I also work deeply with adults with trauma, depression and anxiety. Therapy helps ypu discover who you are, what you want and than being able to create a life that you truly desire. Before this can happen you and I will go through a process, a life script to know how you became the person that you did. And I will help you change the things that you want to change. Understanding you childhood and becoming aware of your inner child will allow for great healing.
