Hi, I’m Tami! I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker and relationship cheerleader who helps teens, adult individuals, and couples navigate life’s messy, meaningful moments. Whether it’s anxiety, grief, parenting challenges, pregnancy or postpartum changes, or relationship bumps, you don’t have to do it alone. I take a warm, down-to-earth, trauma-informed approach that’s real, human, and yes, a little playful. I’ve completed Levels 1–3 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy training and love helping couples reconnect, repair, and strengthen love at any stage.
