Hello, I am a trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist. I focus on clients who have experienced relational trauma, childhood, adolescent, and adult anxiety, depression, chronic, complex, intergenerational, and transgenerational trauma, and PTSD. I see counseling as a process in which you, the client, and I, the LCSW-Therapist, having come to understand and trust one another, work as a team to explore and define present problem situations, develop future goals for an improved life, and work systematically toward realizing those goals. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions: My greatest strength as a provider is helping my clients understand and normalize their symptoms, behaviors, and experiences. By better understanding the challenges they may be experiencing, clients can understand and move forward to finding effective solutions to healing and resolution.
