I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), and I’ve spent my career helping adults navigate the ups and downs that life throws at us. After several years working in Social Services and Mental Health, I returned to school as a non-traditional student to pursue my master’s in social work. For the past decade, I’ve served as both a Clinical Supervisor and Therapist, supporting adults as they work toward meaningful mental health recovery and long-term wellbeing.
