I lead with a warm, supportive approach rooted in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention. I’ve worked with children, older adults, and families, using both family systems and cognitive behavioral techniques to support healing and growth. I value genuine connection and strive to empower my clients while linking them to meaningful community resources and support networks. I have recently worked with older adults and their families to support life transitions and address interpersonal challenges that may arise from change. In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, open space where you’re free to share at your own pace.
