I love working with adolescents and adults to guide them through life's difficulties to live a more fulfilling life. I provide individual, family, and couples counseling in a comfortable and private setting. I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work from the University of Arkansas, and have been practicing for 18 years. I utilize a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Systems Approach, coping and relaxation skills, Mindfulness, and Self-Care. My primary focus is on adults and adolescents coping with anxiety, depression, adjustment to life's changes, and seeking overall personal growth.
