Hello! My name is Ms. Tammy Carson and I am a board-certified Psychotherapist. My practice focus is primarily a "holistic approach" to treating unwanted behaviors by use of changing the cognitive lens, self-awareness, self-love, relaxation methods, effective boundaries, and limits set with self and others. I am very familiar with and believe that psychotropic medications are very helpful to treat symptoms and behavior. .I traveled and worked in many states in a corporate yet still helping role as a business analyst and functioned as a project manager in South Africa Johannesburg.
