My therapeutic philosophy is based on the belief that we all have an optimal self; a self that is the best version of who we are and who we can be. It is my mission to help people uncover or re-discover their best selves. My past clinical positions provided opportunities to work with diverse populations and people from all walks of life. I am experienced with working with individuals with anxiety, depression, lack of self-esteem, trauma, personality disorders, and more. I have advanced training in LGBTQI+ mental health and gender transitioning. I believe in providing a safe, validating, respectful, and nonjudgmental space for the people I serve. I am passionate about working with LGBTQI+ individuals. I use CBT, DBT, and blended therapy models to meet the needs of my clients.
