There are times life becomes difficult. Obstacles present themselves and you just need guidance on how to overcome or cope with them. Situations may cause you to feel as if there is a loss of control of your life. Generational challenges, including trauma, addictions, communication problems, and stress could cause a once balanced lifestyle become chaotic. Life happens and everyone needs an advocate. For those times I am there to help clients, move forward and maneuver life, family, career, and social interactions. I specialize in providing therapy to adults and adolescents, who have experienced various types of challenges including traumas, sadness, career stressors, stages of life transitions, anxiety, relationship issues and many other struggles. Also provide coaching to help individuals meet personal life and career goals.
