Therapy is a safe space where every single part of you is welcome, even the parts that are difficult to share. As a therapist, I am honored to walk alongside you to gain awareness of the patterns that are holding you back. Once we see these patterns they can not be unseen, and it is then that we are free to develop space for new healthy habits and able to embrace a life of purpose and fulfillment. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. This is an accepting and compassionate environment that will potentially sometimes feel challenging as we work to help gain awareness of the parts of ourselves that we are blind to that profoundly influence our self-concept.
