I am a Dialectical Behavior Therapist. I specialize in treating individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder, chronic suicidal behaviors, self injurers, and eating disorders. I also specialize in treating trauma and have been trained intensively in DBT based Prolonged Exposure therapy and DBT for CPTSD. Most of the clients I treat have co occurring diagnosis including Bipolar, Major Depression, PTSD, and/or Anxiety. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I presently lead DBT skills trainning groups for young adults, adults, and parents/family members. My goal is to help my patients to create a life with living.
