I enjoy working with people to explore and or discover themselves in a way that is genuine and healing. Like most that get involved in the helping professions I have a desire to help people learn what I consider to be a most worthy endeavor and that is we can adapt, change and evolve into better versions of ourselves through awareness and practices that are supportive. I work with a variety of people at all stages of life including self-exploration, trauma work, and ways to improve communicating our strengths to one another.
