Do you feel life is spiraling out of control? Or you have to be everything to everyone else but feel alone when you're in need? Are you having trouble meeting expectations? Or saying "NO" then resenting saying yes? Do you put everyone before you, and then don't have enough time for you and your dreams? Are you feeling "stuck" after giving so much, then to realize you're not making progress in your life? More often than we realize, we tend to lose ourselves giving what we don't have while trying to manage it all; parenthood, relationships, careers, and life situations. We then become overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or even stuck. My approach is client-centered, trauma informed, and goal oriented. Together, we'll identify your strengths, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I use evidence-based interventions, such as CBT, to help you develop insight, coping skills, and confidence as you navigate through life's rough challenges.
