I provide online counseling as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas under the supervision of Mark Cagle, LPC-S, and as a Counseling Intern in Hawai‘i. I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, and significant life transitions. I integrate evidence-based treatment with a calm, compassionate presence, and I have specialized training in trauma and grief care for youth ages 8–18. My goal is to offer a grounded space where you can understand what feels heavy and begin moving toward renewed hope—like a moonflower that blooms in the dark.
